DIY Vegan Parmesan Cheese
Easy 4 ingredient vegan parmesan cheese. Perfect for any pasta & pizza dishes, salads, etc.
nutritional yeast flakes
Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix/pulse until a fine meal is achieved. Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh. Lasts for several weeks.
Note: I don’t have a food processor so I used the pulse option on my Vitamix blender.
Be sure not to blend for too long or else you’ll end up with a lumpy paste. I learned the hard way..lol.
I used roasted cashews once for this recipe. It more of a nutty smoky taste. It was totally by accident but didn’t taste too bad!
