No Bake Vanilla Spice Protein Bites
  1. Add dates to a food processor and pulse/mix until small bites remain or a ball forms. Scoop out and set aside.
  2. Add walnuts to the food processor and pulse into a fine meal. Then add rolled oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseed meal and sea salt. Pulse a few more times to combine. (Make sure you don’t overmix or the walnuts will turn into butter.)
  3. Add the dates back in along with the nut butter & REBBL Vanilla Spice Protein elixir. Mix/pulse to combine. The result should be a moist dough-like mixture. If too wet, add a bit more rolled oats or hemp seeds. If too dry add more nut or seed butter.
  4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then scoop out rounded tablespoon amounts and carefully form into balls. I used my hands and had no problem forming the balls. The amount of bites depends on how big or small you roll them.
