During my last grocery run, I purchased some vegan chocolate chips from Enjoy Life.
After discovering how tasty these chocolate chips were I decided to go ahead and purchase their vegan pancake and waffle mix as well.
I gave the vegan & food allergy friendly mix a whirl today and made some vegan chocolate chip pancakes.
I loved the fact that this mixed was food allergy friendly and vegan. I also liked that this mix was fairly easy to use. There were no complicated instructions or ingredients. This is a huge plus for someone like me who hasn’t mastered homemade pancakes from scratch just yet. You just add oil and water and you’re good to go!
My pancakes came out absolutely scrumptious! Is your mouth watering yet? I didn’t even need syrup! I felt as if I were eating the same delicious pancakes from my local diner. It was a win-win for my tummy 🙂
